Startups on Wellfound often add their own questions — why this company, notice period, visa or relocation, a link to your work. JobSathi reads each question from the form and answers it from your profile and saved answers. Longer written answers are drafted for that specific job.
If a question is new, JobSathi asks you once under Questions and reuses your answer from then on.
